  Staff was initially very nice and friendly I had purchased several items and they offer to put a new screen cover I had purchased on my phone. I accepted and handed the worker my phone. What I didn't realize is that staff had no experience removing a phone from a case with an external battery pack. I had walked away for less then 30 seconds and she had removed my phone and broken the charging plug for my case. It was in no way intentional but it still happened. Then she said there was nothing she could do about it. No apology no I'm sorry just "Well you could have put the cover on yourself" I was appalled she was blaming me for breaking her breaking my case. Another worker stated "Well how do we know it wasn't broken before you got here." The girl knew she broke the case she didn't say anything and hoped I wouldn't notice. She was suppose to be the expert. I returned the items i had purchased immediately. This Sprint store knows nothing about customer service and staff is poorly trained. What an awful experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  I have been to many sprint locations in the past. This location is by far the best, all the employees know how to do their jobs, management takes care of any issue very quickly. I had an issue from another location and even though it was no ones fault or problem at the Wallingford location, they still helped me resolve the problem. You guys are awesome!
