  Found this company online as the Authorized dealer for Avanity products which my wife and I are considering using as a vanity for a new bathroom. They are located in Wallingford, CT which we thought was great since they are close by. Called up to a friendly gent and was told to contact Karla who manages the showroom. I found five 5-Star positive reviews for this company but now realize they were all probably related to the plumbing supply desk. My wife went down on a slow weekday and there were no other customers in the store to check out the Avanity line as well as get info on shower stalls. Sad to say, she came home and was thoroughly displeased as Karla must've been in a bad mood and was very short and noticeably disinterested in her questions about products. My wife kept her cool and eventually left. We have been in Service/Sales for over 30 Years and there is only 1 answer to poor customer treatment - Vote with your feet. I thought we could do business with a local company even if we had to pay a bit more. A promising lead that ended up with a very disappointing experience and unfortunately this is the only listed dealer for Avanity in Connecticut. We ultimately may just buy online, with free-delivery from Amazon, if that is the product we decide to use.
